I have a lot of respect for Ozzie Newsome as a talent evaluator. If he is willing to let him go, I think it is best to take that as a very informed opinion as to how much is left in his tank for the price tag he comes with.

Maybe they can restructure Ngata's contract or ask vastly overpaid Flacco to restructure. If they let him walk I am worried as to me you just don't do that with something you value.

My first reaction was to think "at the right price" but to be honest I don't think he'd come as cheap as Raji and I don't think he'd give us any more than Raji would at this point. I'd love to get the kid from Texas (Brown?) if the kid from Washington is gone, and keep a vet around for one year to show him the ropes.

Raji made the all-technique team last year he played, so I would think he might be more help to a rook than Ngata at this point.

Rather bring back Raji for cheaper & get the chance to keep Cobb, Williams & House. Any updates on Raji's injury or anything, is he healed up?
