If you can get him at a discount, why not.

That is somewhat of a surprise... but...maybe, Davante isn't ready for superstardom and Janis is junk.

The one thing that does make sense is he's a disciplined vet. The kind who could play with Peyton so he would fit with Aaron and his desire to not make mental errors... outside of Jordy and Cobb I'm not sure we have another guy who doesn't.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

Reggie Wayne wants to play with a really good QB like he has done his whole career and have a shot at winning another Super Bowl. Packers would be one of the teams that can qualify for that.

I doubt the Packers have serious interest in bringing him in but might be checking him out and maybe if they think he's still elite and can be had at less than elite prices might bring him in (but unlikely in my mind)

don't get your panties in a bundle, no way do the Packers sign him,,,,,,,they would sign a TE before a WR

88 Montgomery, Ty WR 6-0 216 22 R Stanford

We'll see:

13 Collins, Ricky WR 6-0 198 23 R Texas A&M-Commerce
1 Coxson, Adrian WR 6-1 209 22 R Stony Brook
82 Hunt, Jimmie WR 6-0 208 24 R Missouri
83 Janis, Jeff WR 6-3 219 24 2 Saginaw Valley State
84 Abbrederis, Jared WR 6-1 195 24 2 Wisconsin
10 Blue, Javess WR 6-0 188 22 R Kentucky
11 Pinkard, Larry WR 6-0 196 23 R Old Dominion
19 White, Myles WR 6-0 190 25 2 Louisiana Tech

I'd take a trial basis with Wayne over any of the we'll see guys. We could keep 6 WRs anyway and stash a couple more on the PS.

I'd feel much better about our depth, which everyone else apparently thinks is incredible, with Wayne joining Nelson, Cobb, Adams and Montgomery than any of the we'll see guys.

Janis has a lot of physical potential and Abbrederis looked like a complete natural before getting hurt last year and has great quickness. If you use them to their strength they have a lot of physical potential.

Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : and because it's not a dynasty league (which makes a lot more sense to be ability to trade picks)

beast (2-Aug) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money

Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
