Packers Make Changes In Front Office

After promoting Brian Gutekunst to director of player personnel in February, the Packers needed to find a new director of college scouting. That job was filled on Thursday when Jon-Eric Sullivan was named to the position. The 39-year-old, who has a very good reputation around the league, had been an area scout since 2004.

Is he over valuing his staff or overpaying them or does the league not want Packer People?

Schneider, Dorsey, and McKenzie had been with the organization quite some time, but made a name for themselves over that course. The people who filled those positions and the others that were moved or hired as part of all the moves haven't been here to make a name for themselves as long. As they build their resumes teams will come calling. This already happened with Wolf and I wouldn't be surprised if other teams are watching Bennett. Plus GB has to be one of the better places to raise a family so offers to get them to move, also consider cost of living, has to be pretty good. So let's hope we can stay stable with quality people.
