For five weeks, all will be still. Players have been excused for summer vacation. Coaches are with their families. On the football calendar, the space after minicamp may be the only real quiet time.

I feel like we may have one of the best DB coaches in the league.

Obviously. The only argument you would need to make is Sam Shields, but then look how Randall and Rollins played last year and that man is underpaid. Too bad we can't find a linebacker coach.

Here's another thing I've heard.

Some of these UDFA RBs have been looking good. Might find a dude or two who could pan out. Unknown at this point if we'll have need, but it's good to hear.

Should be a pretty good camp this year.

Heard Spriggs was struggling a bit at RT. "Could be a project," was the word.

Hope he can get it done.

This was pretty much expected, though, wasn't it?

We knew he wasn't strong enough coming out of college and that he had some glaring weaknesses in his technique. I think we shouldn't expect a whole lot from him right now.

Can't say I've ever understood the unrealistic expectations of College kids coming into the world of the NFL as immediate impact players. The newest draft should be ignored and focus set forth on the prior two drafts instead of this grades before pads crap.
