I can't remember seeing Greg Jennings getting agitated.

It's easy to get upset on that show. Those hosts just badger people no matter who's in the seat.
Circular Arguments: They are a heck of an annoyance

Greg is right here. If your WRs are prime Jennings, Nelson, Jones, Finley, Driver, Cobb and you take one of those guys out it's not going to do much. If your WRs are Prime Jordy, beat up Cobb, beat up Davante and Jarrett Boykin or something and you take away Jordy the QBs stats will suffer. If we lost Jordy last year but still had a prime Jennings all year I don't think it would have been nearly as bad as it was. That guys stats argument was pretty shallow.

There are some aspects that I agree with Jennings and some I don't. For example, I agree that if your WR can't get open obviously the QB can't always save the day. One thing that Jennings and everyone else that hasn't realized yet needs to realize is that the offense has changed identity since the days of Jennings - Nelson - Cobb - Jones - Finley. Before we used to be a quick striking offense with short plays but effective ones. For example if everyone remembers the first 3 years of Rodgers ... ball snapped slant 10 yard throw to any WR ... YAC + 20 - 40. Opposing defense played more conservative and we use to beat them down deep. Now it's the opposite we try to beat them deep at the start of the game always look for the big play and then if nothing working after two quarters we go back to fundamentals. In exception of the last two games, these past 2 years have been the worst play calls, game preparation I've ever seen.

So do I agree that if WR got more open Rodgers would be better yes! Do I agree if Rodgers made Jennings better? Yes I do because obviously no other QB was able to make Jennings as good as his GB days!

When Jennings was here we had a whole bunch of VERY good WR's.
And they ALL could get open, thus making the QB play much easier.
It seems now that we don't have ANYONE that can consistently get open, except maybe Davante Adams.
When every throw has to be almost perfect to get to our guys, the QB rating is going to go WAY down.
The best QB's make good WR's great. But they can't make below average WR's great.
The best arm in the world won't help if a guy can't get open enough to make a throw to him.

Well, in your test of your hypothesis, did you control for other variables such as differences in strength of opposing defense, weather conditions or indoor vs. outdoor games, depth of the Packers offense, differences in scheme between Green Bay/Minnesota/Miami, etc? Were these differences statistically significant? After controlling for these variables, is your sample size large enough to have any meaning? Or, as an analyst, did you fail to do any more than the most cursory glance at high level numbers?

Greg did enough pissing and moaning to get his fair share of shit after his departure from Green Bay. But he had every reason to be frustrated with those two hacks.

I can see both sides off this story, but at the end of the day #12 made #85 a better receiver. what did those other 4 other qb's do while he was on their team? Now everyone is kinda talking about how the receivers can't get open, but at the same time time, how many times has Rodgers over thrown, under thrown, passes behind the receivers this season?

The only thing I'm wondering is if Jennings would have had hall of fame numbers playing out his career in Green Bay. Also, if my memory serves correctly, the Packers offered more money than Minnesota for Jennings. So did Greg need to hear Aaron come out and say we needed Jennings. If so, that's Diva material right there.

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin

Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
