In Oct. we lost to Dallas; but we wore our throwbacks. We are going to smoke Dallas. And now that Dallas, Atlanta and NE are doomed; GB needs to schedule their visit to Whitehouse before Trump is inaugurated.

They didn’t have Bryant or Scandrick, Bryant wont matter and Scandrick wont either if Aaron shows.

We wont have Lacy and Pennell [had 13 snaps, 3 tackles, 2 for loss] and probably Jordy too, but we will have Monty/Michael/Rip at RB and at TE Cook and a better R.Rodgers. And we would have beat these guys if Doppleganger wasn’t the QB. 60 minute Aaron is showing Sunday.

In week 6 the D was just getting used to being Shieldless. On the Saturday walk-thru Rollins got hurt; then at 11:01 2Q Randall goes down. Gunter moves to LCB and Goodson in 1st game back from suspension plays RCB…I mean this 1 position crapstorm couldn’t have been dreamed up better by a Hollywood natural disaster writer. The new guy, Midbloom [BTW welcome], said twice in his posts that Gunter did not play well, he could say it 100 times and it’s an understatement. Gunter stunk! He couldn’t keep his feet, couldn’t tackle, couldn’t cover my grandma. I swear if this was the only film Gunter had each NFL team would seek restraining orders to keep him away. I attributed this to his inability to play on left; that’s why I didn’t think he’d follow Beckham. But after seeing his play in Giants game it’s clear his sucking on left in Dallas was about lack of reps and/or not being comfy with a midgame shift. The upgrade from Oct-game-Gunter to now is like upgrading from Demetri Goodson to Richard Sherman.

Our secondary has dealt with so much adversity this year and now in their biggest game Gunter and Randall step up big. If these 2 stay healthy we are winning this game.

In 1st half, Prescott threw only 2 throws over 12 yrds [most under 10], which came just before half. Gunter fell down and gave up 42 and on next play at 20 Gunter had Williams press thinking he had deep help and Prescott hit him. Brice really screwed up; but Saturday morning he was DB-8, maybe got few reps and suddenly he’s the dime. Week-6-Brice to current Brice is also a huge upgrade

Dallas did not win this game, we lost. Mike made some idiotic coaching decisions and bad QB decisions and even worse play killed us. We had 5 fumbles, 3 lost and 1 INT.

A point of emphasis supposed to be stopping the WRs from blocking on bubble screens; Dallas did this over and over. Mike, if you gotta, take the fine, maybe a game or 2 suspension; but punch the effing side judge in the back of the head if they wont call the OPI. Or come up from behind and sling microphone cord over his head like a garrote and strangle the SOB; pull the cord tight, make his eye balls bulge like Lucca Brazzi’s did. So many solid options and McCarthy did NOTHING!

Dallas opened game with easy TD; then McCarthy KILLED the first drive on 3rd and 1 at 19, he sent in Spriggs, Barclay, R.Rodgers, Perillo and Rip eligible…Stupid, just like the 4th and 1 v. NYG. After the stuff, big surprise, it was 7-3.

D gets a 5 and out; On Next drive Rodgers hits Jordy for 18 who fumbles; we get ball back on Peppers strip sack; Rodgers drives for a FG. Score: 7-6.

Then Dallas gets FG [its 10-6] w/ 6 minutes left in 2Q, then it turns to crap.
GB marches to a 4th and 5 at 38; Rodgers had Monty on curl for 1st, but threw deep badly to Cobb who had his man by a step.

The D gets 3 and out.

GB marches again and on 3rd and 5 at Dallas 49, both Nelson and Adams are wide open at sticks; Cobb this time is well open deep in the same spot as last drive, but Rodgers misses him again.

Schum drops punt at 2. This is where I go insane!

It’s 10-6, Dallas has ball at 2 with 1:00 left and no timeouts and we get ball to start 3rd Q. They run, but McCarthy calls a TO; they run again and McCarthy calls another TO. Now why not let the clock run down a bit; you got 2 TO, if you let clock run down to say 30 seconds and then call TO, If you stop them, you get ball back at midfield with 20 seconds and 1 TOs. If they make first, they have only got 25 seconds and no TOs. Then disaster: a 26 yard run OOB; 42 yard pass OOB and 20 yard TD. Dallas got 5 TOs in 1st half. With the depleted GB secondary, Mike needed to be less aggressive trying to get ball back

Then our 1st 3 drives of 2nd half:
• Rodgers threw a careless INT right to Church at midfield;
• Rodgers carelessly fumbles at 1;
• And after an INT at 16 [that was Prescott’s 1st INT after setting rookie record for consecutive throws w/o an INT] Rodgers throws high to a wide open Cobb and we kick FG, Game over.

Even with all this tom foolery, stupid Mike as HC, Doppelganger supreme suck at QB and -2 in turnovers each team had 24 first downs, GB had 374 yards [372 yards from scrimmage; 25 return yards, minus 23 yards in penalties] to 378 yards [424; 14; -60]. Dallas in no way dominated GB.

beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
