Not so much as a snub, more of stuck in a talented position in the NFC>..

These are some fine players right here.. all deserving of the honor.

Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona
Anquan Boldin, Arizona
Steve Smith, Carolina
Roddy White, Atlanta

Some might question Roddy White.. but that cat has had an excellent year.. without much help around him.

I would have liked to see Jennings go, but that is some tough company right there.

Pro Bowl gets worse every year. Just look at London Fletcher. People get snubbed all the time because it's based purely on starpower and votes, not to mention voting starts and ends during the middle of the season. It's a stupid flawed system.

It's allright. Jennings is going to show up in the destructive colors of the GFC (Gregorian Football Conference) and put the winner of the lesser two teams to shame.

If Jennings and CJ got in instead of Smith and Roddy they could have the same arguments as Jennings does. It's just a case were too many people deserved it so someone had to get left out. I would hardly consider it a snub.

I agree. Boldin is the questionable one, but he has 11 TD's so far this year or something? Lot of good receivers having good years out there this season.

It was no snub at all. And it wasn't only because the team was doing poorly.
In the NFC WRs Greg was 7th in receptions. 5th in yards 5th in TDs. If they only take 4 WRs how did he get snubbed?
An agrument can be made for Johnson (Det) (fewer receptions, more yards and more TDs.) and Bryant (TB). (more receptions, fewer yards and more TDs.)
Their numbers are similar to Gregs. No one on this board is saying that they got robbed.

IMO, Boldin AND Fitzgerald should NOT have both made the pro bowl.

Why not?

Anquan Boldin should really be on the pro bowl having played a better season than Jennings, in a better team, and having missed only two games because of a broken face.

Larry Fitzgerald... no question.

Really, the fact that two players of the same team could have this productive years is just mind-boggling.

True, he really wasn't snubbed.

But just to kneel at the cleats of Gregorious, some stats that support his case:

1st in 20+ yard receptions
T1st in 40+ yard receptions

The Pro Bowl has become the most uninteresting Professional All Star game. The voting sucks. I hate that there are thousands of fans who vote for a guy as many times as he wants and its actually allowed.

The game is after the season and sure its not played like a regular season Sunday game, but there is still that risk of injury. Hopefully Charles and Nick play in the game without an injury occurring. Same for any player from any team.

Don't forget that Greg is 3rd in yards per catch (Min 50 catches).
Unfortunately most voters don't look at how many yards a receiver gets for an individual catch. For the most part they look at how many receptions, total yards and something else .. oh yeah TD's.
For the most part Greg is just about as good as any of the players who made it even if his stats don't reflect it. If he production didn't drop off in the 2nd half of the season he probably would have been selected.
For the record, Greg is tied for 1st in 20+ yards.
