The game is going but here are a few observations.(still 3rd Q.)

Love did a decent job for the time he played. I was glad they got the ball first. Returning the kick off from the end zone was a mistake. It would have been better if he could have started from the 25. It will be interesting to see what he does next week.

The WR group looked pretty good. Their speed is apparent. Toure may sparkle this year.

Royce Newman has played himself off the team until MLF doesn't like any of the backup OG options. There are so many guys that play more than one position they are going to roll with 3 OG. Sean Rhyan is in until he craps the bed too.

Speaking of Sean, Clifford was adequate in his first appearance.

I am going back to my 2 RB prediction. They can bring someone up from the PS every week.

Carlson missing the PAT is frustrating but he can reach the middle of the end zone on kickoffs.

Valentine may play himself intot CB position.

Shemar Jean-Charles is fighting for his life and so far he is doing his job. He may still end up on the PS but he's putting the work in.

If Colby Wooden had picked off that pass it would have been very sweet.

Brenton Cox's deflected pass is going to go a long way to helping him keep the EDGE 6 position.

Can Toure be the kick return guy? Probably not. He was facing the 3rd string kick coverage team.

Had a guy breaking open underneath on that deep shot to Watson.

Not saying he shouldn't have gone deep, but it was there.

Green Bay Packers vs. Cincinnati Bengal Highlights
-Barry brought the blitz early with Nixon. Noticed watching the highlights that the Bengals big pass plays were coming off of GB bringing extra guys on the rush.
-Nifty run play to Reed w/the fake inside
-Dillon, less dancing and more north-south running which is better for him
-Van Ness sticks out with his wide frame and arm length
-on Taylors run at 2:41, it looks like Runyan Jr was at C and went on the pull. At the end of the play, he takes a dive at a Bengal on the ground. Bad blood from joint practices I wonder?
-on Goodsen's run at 3:24, Wicks gets a big block at the bottom on the formation. Gonna get plenty of snaps if he keeps that up. Musgrave does juuuuuust enough there as well
-Whether at RT or C, ZT looked like a brick wall.
-Moore looked awful tackling. Just throwing his shoulder around and hoping for the best (something Zero pointed out in chat as well).
-some stunt plays by the defense being run by #2s. Looking for guys to put in a pass rush subpackage?
-on Cliffords run at 9:52, Pearson gets decked by the Bengals DE. Didn't look like he was in position to block either. Not a good thing for a FB on the bubble.
-Before tonight, it looked like Goodson had the inside lane on RB #3 with his running, return abilities and being used as a jet sweep guy in camp. But with an injury to Goodson and Wilson's huge night, the race for RB #3 might be just starting.
-Wilson looks like a load to bring down with some speed to boot.

And I wasn't as high on Stokes as others before his injury... he should of been on the bench... and Douglass should of been outside the entire last season. Yes Stokes is extremely fast, but zero instincts means he couldn't cover, just chase... and absolutely HORRIBLE tackling made the chasing pointless.

Mucky Tundra (3h) : To this day, I'm still miffed about his 4 TD game against Dallas on Thanksgiving going to waste
Martha Careful (3h) : Congratulations Sterling Sharpe. He was terrific and I loved watching him play.
beast (19h) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (19h) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : Micah pulling a Myles with trade request
