I have a hard time thinking Jason Smith will be drafted that early. Jeremy Maclin would be a better choice for the Jags there. Also, if Jenkins is avaivable, Raiders will take him. I think they need OT more, but they need CB too and will take the best talent avaivable.

Edit: And it's also pretty pointless debating about whose gonna get drafted since we haven't even started FA yet.

I doubt Maclin goes in the top 10. First round talent for sure, but only elite receiver prospects go in the top 10 (unless you're the Vikes). They failed this year because the O-line was horrible, so Smith makes a ton of sense.

It's hard to speculate on what the Pack will do right now, since we don't even know what scheme will be run on defense.

I do agree with you mostly, but why did their OL sucks. 3 of 5 starters got injured for the year for them. They'll return. Maybe 2nd round they'll get a quality backup, but for now they really need to bolster up the WR corps, maybe trade down to get an extra pick, and still be able to pick up Maclin.

Jason Smith has outstanding technique and that's why he'll go way up on draft boards. When he workouts he'll show he has the feet to be a potential left tackle. I like Smith a lot. I think he's the No. 2 tackle in the draft. If the Packers have to take a tackle, Smith is the guy I want other than Andre Smith whom is going to be gone.

I really think if the Packers do hire Mike Nolan like the rumors suggest then your looking at the best tweener on the board. Aaron Maybin is likely going to declare according to some reports so that means the Packers will probably have a good chance of getting one of the three hybrid pass rushers this draft is going to have in it's top 15 or so.
