That story gave me goosebumps. I love people who refuse to let their dreams die.

Thanks for the article longtimefan. I wonder what this guy did to get the coverage he has received. Sometimes I don't feel like I am persistent enough with things outside of training.
Sort of like a "HEY, LOOK AT ME!" type of way.

By the way, thanks to you guys who have been following this for a little over a year now when I first took interest. I know I passed up certain opportunities and have realized how dumb it was now. I even found out today, the Chicago Rush (arena) will have 6 home games broadcasted on the NFL Network. I passed on the Chicago Rush try-out.

All I have to say now....its time to put up or shut up.

Peace guys.

That's a shame. Start at the bottom, work your way up. Kurt Warner style. If anything, you'll have a great story to tell about how you got to the NFL. Fans will go crazy. Lol.

Just registered today for the Elite Pro Football Combine (link I listed before).

It will be held at North Central College (Lisle, IL...suburb of Chicago) for the Regional combine and if my test numbers qualify, I get invited to their National Combine held in Lucas Oil Stadium.

Everything looking up at the moment!

Three UFL teams announce dates for open tryouts

by Mike Florio

Are you a football player who is hoping to continue his playing career while also earning enough money to pay for your cell phone and maybe part of your cable bill?

Do you own your own cleats?

Most importantly, will you remember to bring them with you?

If you answered "yes" to each of those questions, UFL teams are holding open tryouts on seven upcoming dates. The Las Vegas Locos will kick tires on April 17 in Phoenix. On May 8, the Florida Tuskers will eyeball prospects in Miami, and the Hartford Colonials will do so in Petersburg, Virginia. The next day, the Locos head to L.A.

On May 15, the Tuskers will check out potential players in Orlando and prospective Locos will hope that their auditions in Vegas will allow them to stay in Vegas. Finally, on June 26, the Tuskers will visit Atlanta.

The only UFL team not conducting open tryouts (yet) is the unnamed franchise that has moved to Sacramento. Coached by Denny Green, it would be way too easy for us to say that tryouts will be important for him to determine whether the applicants are who they thought they were.

So we won't.

Btw, how'd your combine go?

Mucky Tundra (2h) : To this day, I'm still miffed about his 4 TD game against Dallas on Thanksgiving going to waste
Martha Careful (2h) : Congratulations Sterling Sharpe. He was terrific and I loved watching him play.
beast (18h) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (18h) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : Micah pulling a Myles with trade request
beast (1-Aug) : Packers should make some cheese forks
Mucky Tundra (31-Jul) : GRAB THE PITCHFORKS~

Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : if PH dies, there is packerpeople com available
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : database is on new host, eventually website will follow
Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
dfosterf (29-Jul) : 50 cent hookers? I'm moving to Green Bay. I thought it was just real estate that was more affordable there. 😂
Zero2Cool (29-Jul) : Sure seems site going down more than 50¢ hooker
Mucky Tundra (27-Jul) : Golden with two TDs in red zone drills today
Mucky Tundra (27-Jul) : @JacobMorley Shoutout to Quinn Ewers for allowing Matthew Golden to be available when Green Bay picked.
Zero2Cool (27-Jul) : The menu you expanded to log in, it's the first icon under "PackersHome" .. maybe i should add text to it

Zero2Cool (27-Jul) : if you're on mobile, open the menu and its the "sun" icon

Zero2Cool (27-Jul) : There's a toggle for light/dark theme. Super easy.
dfosterf (27-Jul) : The white background beta was hard to read, especially the quotes
dfosterf (27-Jul) : Hopefully the color scheme remains the same
dfosterf (27-Jul) : *Friday*
dfosterf (27-Jul) : 100 million would be 539 million as of Fridsy
dfosterf (27-Jul) : Heck, they could have taken a hundred milliion and invested in DAVE inc. last year (semi random, humor, but real)
