You points no longer hold any value in football debates. Deion Sanders was feared. People did not throw in his direction. Sure, he may have fooled by Favre once. Once. Deion Sanders is probably the best CB to every play football.

The player nowadays who reminds me of him is Nnamdi, in the way that QBs do not throw in his direction.

Yeah I personally think Deion Sanders and Darell Green are the two best corners ever. If I were coming up with an All Forever Team that would be my two starters at this point in time at least.

I think I'd take Deion in his prime covering anyone. Tackling, that's another story. Even he admits he hated tackling and would avoid it if he could. He also was too worried about his appearance.

Reggie brought other guys here that would've have come to GB. He helped not only on the field, but recruiting guys here to win. I don't think Neon did that.

Excellent point about Reggie assisting others coming to GB. By us landing Reggie it showed the rest of the world we are worth coming to.

That is true he helped get us Keith Jackson, Sean Jones, Andre Rison to name a few plus it helped we had a GM that would pull a trigger. Actually didnt we trade for Keith Jackson and Andre Rison hell its been so long i don't remember and with as frustrated as i am with the team now i don't know what i'm thinking lol

It's not hard to have a GM who pulls the trigger when its served up to him.

Keep in mind, we do not have Reggie White to lure in players anymore. We don't have any player of the caliber. Brett tried with Moss, but the Raiders screwed us over in that one.

Ok i found this video yes its old but i thought it was interesting. This is about Deion Sanders. Alot of people thought he was all about him self but this was nice to see. Watch what the players say about him, but the part i really enjoyed was around the 3:30 mark and him with the fans. I loved that part it shows he isn't an egomaniac.


Some people maybe are to young to remember him when he first came to the league but he was a football player and also played baseball at the same time. He was a great athlete for sure.
