I'm still alive and kicking..........barely. The past three weeks we have been remodeling our kitchen and finally finished this weekend. Top to bottom...new countertops, new carpeting, new ceiling texture, walls painted, new baseboards, chair rail all around, new sink. The whole nine yards and then some.

My son did all the painting and put on the new ceiling texture (he is a professional painter) and that helped tons. I did all the finish work including putting in the sink. The countertops and carpet we had installed.
On top of that, the past two weeks I have subbed over 30 hours each week so my free time to get all this done was limited.

So, I'm still around unfortunately for you guys. And NO, I'm not going to remodel your kitchens for you. I'm retired!!!!!!!!

did you build a little swinging door for the squirrells?

They are tired of getting in the house the old way.

By the way, has it stopped snowing out there yet?

I want the old stuff. UPS it to me, will ya, Bob?

Always good to hear from ya.

My wife thinks I'm cheap.

I'm frugal.

Except when cleavage at bars by bartenders is employed...(I consider that cheating, I might add)

My wife is unaware of this, so she is very unfair in her characterization of me, imo.

Trippster....I was thinking about that but decided it would not be one of my better ideas. Without our dog around anymore the squirrels have figured out they are pretty safe and are now practicing Line Dancing our our deck railing; raiding the big bin we have filled with bird food; and peering in at me through the French doors wondering when I'm going to start a fire in the chimenea and toast marshmellows.

NO.......it has not stopped snowing here yet. It never does. Any month of the year we can and do get snow. It is in the 80's right now but last week we had an inch of snow, and by the end of this week they're calling for a mix of snow and rain.

Oh, dfosterf.....the squirrels wanted the old countertops and the old sink. They're redoing their nest and are putting in a buffet counter for big parties on my roof.

beast (2-Aug) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money

Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
dfosterf (29-Jul) : 50 cent hookers? I'm moving to Green Bay. I thought it was just real estate that was more affordable there. 😂
Zero2Cool (29-Jul) : Sure seems site going down more than 50¢ hooker
Mucky Tundra (27-Jul) : Golden with two TDs in red zone drills today
Mucky Tundra (27-Jul) : @JacobMorley Shoutout to Quinn Ewers for allowing Matthew Golden to be available when Green Bay picked.
