Pretty low. Reduce his salary, then cut him? That's the Viking way.

I'm happy about Wade being gone. I never liked that guy much. I'm happy for what he brought to my team.. but his mouth ran more than his feet. That's bad for a WR, by the way. lol

You guys can bring up all the numbers you want.. the ones that count are the ones that aren't counted.. How many passes thrown to said WRs.

Rice is a talented kid, but has never gotten the opportunity in Chilly's WR graveyard offense. Berrian is another great talent, and could be comparable to Jennings if his legs weren't made of glass. We'll see about Harvin.. but I think he'll be a solid player.. Very much like Steve Smith.

The Vikings definitely do NOT have the deepest WR corp in the NFC North (this is where Kevin is losing it..) but they are most definitely improved yearly since Chilly has taken over. The unfortunate thing is, not a single one of them are Pro Bowlers because of Chilly's offense.

I'm really mad that Rice never gets his opportunity to shine. Here's to his break out year. We need it, because Berrian will NOT be healthy for the 17 weeks of this season.

I think saying the Vikings have the deepest receiving core in the division would be like saying the Packers have the deepest runningback core.

Maybe not to that extent, but my point is the Vikings aren't bad at receiver (not great either) but they've got talent. They in no way compare to Green Bay who is head and shoulders better.

An arguement is that the Packers can't have Jones or Nelson come in and replace what Driver and Jennings are doing, but I think that's bull. I think Jones could be a 1,000 yard receiver in Green Bay. He's just behind Driver. Eventually, he'll probably replace him.

In Minnesota, Peterson and Taylor are clearly one of the better combos in the league whereas Green Bay has a pretty nice group of backs, but nothing to the extent of Minnesota. Doesn't mean they're bad, but it doesn't mean they're elite like the Peterson/Taylor combo is.

It really was a terrible call by Seifert the release of Wade makes him look pretty foolish.

Anyone else thought that, the minute Seifert said that about the Vikings that their fanbase had to vehemently defend any whimsical, even illogical and unfounded, praise?

Pinching pennies for Favre's millions.

I hated Percy Harvin at Florida, and I'm hating him as a Viking. Anyone who has watched SEC football over the past three years knows what kind of talent this kid has. He is a ridiculous athlete and he's proving himself pretty quick.
