How many run plays did we run vs detroit in the last quarter?

That 1 pass for an INT vs Detroit really padded them stats. Rodgers does the same as every other QB in the NFL for as long as the NFL has been around. If the team is behind in the 4th, they will have more passing, if they are ahead they will have less. If Rodgers is padding his, then every one of Favre's 40 whatever 4th qtr comebacks is padding his stats also.

MN we were behind, Chicago we were behind, Cin we were behind.

Now to be fair, when you have a 20+ lead and the ball with a few minutes left, every single team is going to be running the football. You don't want to expose your players to unnecessary risk with pass plays, and you'll certainly want to run out the clock to prevent the opposing team from mounting a comeback.

I think he's actually trying to argue that Aaron isn't "padding" stats in the 4th quarter, which some people have actually claimed. Aaron is playing just as well, if not better in the 1st quarter as he is in the 4th.

We havent really been winning big in a lot of 4th quarters.

Funny, last year people ragged on Rodgers for his 4th quarter INTs(they weren't pretty) and now he is producing in the 4th and he's "Padding his stats."

That's unfortunate.

I don't think anyone was saying he was padding win winning but more of facing a relaxed defense when they are up by 2-3 scores.

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
