This is being done as a complete joke not as a slap in the face to Favre. This area has always done and always will do things like this. Remember the Seinfield and Eli Manning story? You really think that was a slap in the face to Eli? None of this should be taken seriously.

The street's name is Minnesota Ave. It's being renamed Aaron Rodgers Drive for this week because Minnesota is in town and it's the game of the year next to any sort of playoff game.

Perhaps the biggest joke of all is the fact that a select few will criticize Aaron Rodgers at every single opportunity and not the dumbass that took it. Teenagers that do stuff like this are well just teenagers, but a 47 year old guy??? That's ridiculous. Yet Rodgers is being babied... That's ridiculous too. That Viking avatar fits some well.
