did not lose this past week.
215.0 + 3 pounds. (Actually +4 from Thursday morning as I was down below 211.)
Anniversary dinners, Easter and a long weekend vacation can do that to you.
Everyone gets a little time off every once in a while. I will get back on track this week.

give yourself a break, wpr. like you said, back on track this week. i cannot WAIT til our new pool gets put in. it's nothing HUGE but it's big enough for me to swim laps & do some resistance workouts. while i know tanning isn't 'good' for me, i'm considering that a nice bonus in the whole scheme of things. 😃

Time for me to report in.
208.8. I made it to my next goal of 209. But I am changing it from a major goal to a minor stepping stone goal. Originally I said that getting to 209 was a loss of 10% of my weight. But that would have been from 2 yrs or so ago. Since I started the year at 227, 10% will be 204.
It is great to get back into the "Oughts". I do not remember when I was there last. It may well be 5-8 years ago.

How's the running going Tripp?

Okay.. so with the time down this winter I put on weight.. actually have put on weight each of the last two years as I was struggling with my mobility.

I was shocked the first time I got on the scale a couple of weeks ago.. I weighed in at 335..

So I decided that it is a major part of the rehab process to get back to a comfortable weight in the 290's at least.. I haven't been in the WPR neighborhood since I was a freshman in High School.. but with little body fat either then.. What can I say.. I am a wide body thick gent. ;)

Anyway.. two solid weeks of pre-conditioning in.. consisting of light workouts, getting the diet in order and getting my vitamin intake back into shape to turn this this around... basically going back to my playing days type workout schedule..

So I have only dropped 6 pounds over the two weeks, but I am definitely a healthier 329 at this particular point.

I will as well use this thread at times to post how it is going.. if nothing as a tool to help others push. As well as to help keep pushing myself as well.. there are always days where not spending the workout time will loom on ones mind..

So there.. another one joining the movement.

I'm still 6'2, 150.

I can eat with my 300 lbs friends, but I'm not gaining any weigth. Nothing at all.

Welcome aboard Pack93z.
"Only dropping 6 pounds in 2 weeks." That is an excellent start.

HIGH SCHOOL!!?? I could never get back to what I weighed my Senior year. Before the wresting season began I was about 150. Wrested at 138 and it was tough to get down there some weeks. By the end of my Senior year I was somewhere around 170.

It is amazing to me what a Monday morning weight in does to my snack intake over the weekend.
After losing 20 pounds this year, the other day I realized that I am not puffing when I bend over to tie my shoes.

My wife decided to sign up for weight watchers again. :thumbright:

I hope they wil. At least a little. It just looks like I have a frame that you can't build anything on. My dad's nearing 50 and he still can't gain weigth and barely gain muscle mass.

But those are not the biggest problems in the world. Good luck to you guys and your weight loss efforts.

Btw, we could use another rotational NT... You could join G-Force and go to the combine. I'm sure that you'll be the first one-legged man to go there.

Nah.. I will be back in the 200's in a short amount of time.. plus.. they don't have much use for 40 year old players.. unless your name is Favre. 😉

Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Oh I know; I was just exploring and it blew my mind that you could trade picks because of the whole reordering thing
Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Zero, I think I preferred my offer: your 1st for my 15th rounder
