I used to post a lot on PC. I didn't have any major problems with them -- learned that certain subjects never got anywhere and ignored them. Still visit occasionally, but I really only have time for one packers forum (if that), and I like this place better.

I think there are a lot of good people posting over there, it's just that the distribution has a fatter "lower tail".

For me, it also helps that no topics (religion, politics, economics) are verboten over here. You guys tolerate all my odd idiosyncrasies.

...and of course its nice to have a minnesota gnome to watch being kicked around from time to time. 🙂
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Yes, we do have some quirky people here, but I think it's a good thing. A good mix of personalities. And nothing being :xcensoredx: is a big plus too.

If anything, we have too many intelligent people. It's amazing at times to see the topics in the general discussion. We pretty much have experts on everything. At times, I just keep out of discussions just because of that.

And that's not really a bad thing, of course. It's even educational at times. Lol.

Well there was a time this past year when Zero did not want any more said on the "former GB QB" issue. Which, for the record, I did not have a problem with.

Rock - why sell yourself short? You're too modest (but that's a common trait with your people). I enjoy your insights.

WPR - I think Zero did the right thing too as everyone was saying the same thing over and over. It got to the point where you knew what everyone was going to say before they said it. We all had our stances, and they were set in stone and nobody was going to budge.

True. But it was more censorship because it got old and annoying than censorship because it was a sensitive issue.

Kind of along the lines as if I had a mute button to a girlfriend I had back in '93 (God I wish she came with a mute button).

Sorry about that, but I couldn't take it anymore. And it was also to protect myself from my own passion towards Brett, blah blah. I try not to censor if at all possible. We all survived though, well, except one member.

Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : and because it's not a dynasty league (which makes a lot more sense to be ability to trade picks)

Mucky Tundra (4-Aug) : Zero, I think I preferred my offer: your 1st for my 15th rounder
Zero2Cool (4-Aug) : Keep in mind, we do a draft reorder once all members locked in
Zero2Cool (4-Aug) : You can have my 12th Rd for your 2nd round

beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money

Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : database is on new host, eventually website will follow
Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable
beast (30-Jul) : How long will it be down?
beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
