Someone please name a high draft pick, that has had this many serious health problems this early, that still ended up doing well for the team. I can think of a lot (in all sports) that didn't. Please...point out one....I need hope. Darn facts and history getting in the way.

Is Raiderpride the one that mentioned the Gravedigger. If so, doesn't count since he wasn't a high draft pick. One of my concerns is that high draft picks are not incented to push themselves since they already have their money. Again, please use high drafts as an example. Otherwise, I am 99.9% Harrell is a bust. I like Ted Thompson a lot, but this one was bad.

That's really not all that fair - by all accounts Harrell has been busting his ass to get healthy. I can see calling the pick a bust because they should have had some indication that dude's back was so bad, but just saying dude's lazy because he got paid, without any real indication that's true, that's unfair. My opinion.

I agree. I am a major kidder of Justin, but I always try and make sure everyone knows I'm kidding.

One could argue that despite his unfortunate injury, Harrell is one of the luckiest guys in history. He's made in excess of, what, $15 million for doing absolutely nothing? If only we all endured such terrible fates.

They all are.

Those first rounders.

Go do the math on how many Division 1 schools there are, times their players, throw in some D-2's.

We "fight" over a guy as a "3" that's slipping vs. a mid-twenty...in a field of thousands.

Justin earned the right to be in the fight, and I hope he and we have not lost the war.
