I finally bothered to click on the link.

Pat Kirwin not only picked Peyton Manning to win the MVP over His Holiness Aaron Rodgers (love Pack93z's new avatar), he picked us to lose the SB as well.

Voodoo time. It's going to be hard for Kirwin to sit down this weekend.

I seen a picture of my grandparents by their kitchen table.. they had this image of Jesus behind it with his hand extended outwards with the yellow glow.. and remembered this picture of Rodgers.. and you get this..

And it is funny, because as much as I enjoy watching him play, I don't view him the "savior" many do or perching him upon a lofty perch.. to me he is just another Packer player to honor us with outstanding play.. and providing us much entertainment and joy (hopefully some sorrow this season to the immediate west as well).

Any way.. Aaron "Jesus" Rodgers can preach to us via his play every Sunday in the foreseeable future for the Packers.. our version of Touchdown Jesus.

That's an interesting point. Neither do I see him as a savior. To be honest, it's a great feeling to have when a player is "real" like that.

Well, there is only one Packer who can walk on water and that's Gregorious Jennings.

Green Bay is in the discussion, but that's kind of ridiculous.

I have Baltimore over Minnesota in my picks, with the Packers out in the playoffs against Dallas.

I can see the Saints, or maybe Cowboys or hell even the Falcons if they stay healthy, but the Vikings?

The Queens only beat us last year, because we didn't have anyone on the offensive line. Finley was out one of the games, and Bigby was out one of the games. We had injuries at key positions.
This year, we got Morgan Burnett, Bulaga and Newhouse. We also already know about TJ Lang.
Meanwhile, the Queens are without Rice (for at least half the season) and Harvin is out with headaches. I think they have a situation at CB right now too.
Favre is no longer Chilly's buddy. He's trying to run everything himself now.
Bottom line: Pack sweeps the Vikes.

I love the hype, I want my friends and coworkers to be pissed that the Packers get all the love. Bring more of it, I want the Packers to be predicted to win the Super Bowl. World Series, NBA Championship, Stanley Cup, and NASCAR Chase for the Cup.

Flying under the radar is boring. I can't stand turning on ESPN or some other sports station and only seeing news about teams like the Cowboys, Patriots and what not. I'll take the hype anyday of the week. The hype is for the fans, not for the players. If players are affected by hype then they weren't going to be successful anyways. The organization should learn to flourish with hype, not hide from it.

I've always thought it was part of the fun, hearing people say good things about your favorite team. It happened in 1996, and that season turned out just fine.

Amen to that!!!!

I've put 20 (approx $30)on the Pakcers to win it all this season. I got 12 / 1.

I have a couple of worries over what could stop us

The major one would be if we lost A-Rod to injury.

Others

Running back depth
Corner depth.

If we can keep fairly injury free I see us going a long way if not all the way.

Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.

Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
