Hey, pack93z: That was a very well thought-out reply to Stevetarded, but he was referring to dhazer, not you.

Well what is there to say when there isn't anything negative to talk about right?

Not sure if that is a personal comment or not with the quote.. but whatever. I will interpret the intended meaning of my opening post.. because apparently it was lost in daring to question Rodgers or I made the point poorly.

Rodgers did the same arm swing that he does every time there is a false start or he doesn't like a call by the ref. He does that same arm swing often. The way that I had interpreted it was that he was upset with himself, not Driver, for missing on that pass. If that's not the case, then he needs to clean up his attitude, IMO. I know Philip Rivers wins games, but he is a bit of a bitch, and I've always said that I'd be embarrassed if my QB were like that.

Sorry.. see the Bolded part now.. kind of hard to see for some reason there.

Still.. probably not a bad idea to expand on my opening post...

Yeah, for me this is more of a style thing, which is one reason I'm not really worried about it. I think it would have to go a lot farther to have a negative impact on the team. But I just don't like it when QBs bitch at their teammates too much. In terms of well-known QBs, Marino and Aikman were the worst that I can remember. I always liked it that Favre didn't do it too much, although it increased a little in his later years.

I agree to all of that. It will be a long time and a LOT of bitching before it negatively impacts the team, but that doesn't change the fact that it makes "our" quarterback look like a dick at times. And people can't say "I don't care what others think." If thats the case, then that means it doesn't make you happy when he does heartwarming things like charities and such? Caring what people think goes both ways. We want "our" quarterback to be a good person, not somebody who jaws at their teammates all the time.

I should just reiterate, however, that I think he was upset with himself and that he is not flying off the handle at anybody.
