1, done.
2, don't you think it's a little early to write off guys like Lawrence Guy, C.J. Wilson, Johnny Jones and Jarius Wynn? As you said, who knows about Hargrove.
3, don't you think it's a little early to write off guys like M.D. Jennings and Anthony Levine?
4, don't you think it's a little early to write off guys like Davon House and Brandian Ross?
5, why won't you give D.J. Smith some props? He did well during his time filling in for A.J. Hawk, even had an athletic INT.
6, Packers used 2 first round picks on Tackles in the last two drafts prior to this year. Why do you want to count them both out already? At worst, Marshall Newhouse can be a solid backup if not a starter.
7, this is the biggest need left that does not involve the pass rush for the defense.

I'm not saying the Packers have all the pieces on the roster. It's too soon to say we know already that they don't. Keep in mind these young players missed an off season which is very beneficial to them last season. That means players like Marshall Newhouse (who could be a fine backup Tackle) missed a lot of proper preparation.

Wade, how can we possibly need another WR and TE? Haven't you been reading my special "trade up" thread?

Are we going to go 8 wide, with Saturday and Sitton in to block? That will be one quick f'in release. Hey, come to think of it, it might work!

😛 🐴

Gee, can't we all admit that I'm right and the rest of you are all wrong, and get back to talking about girls?

Ah hell Wade, I'm with you on adding a bunch in the first 125 picks. I just wanted to do so trading in again within the top 60 with a player at a position where we have a surplus. I think the Perry pick was a steal in R1. Hopefully we add more throughout the weekend.

We currently have 11 picks left.

The holes that I think we need to fill in this draft are DT/DE, NT, RB, S, C, and maybe OT, CB. I don't feel the last two are absolutely necessary, and I question the degree of "need" at RB for GB. Not bad. If we go straight up, maybe make one or two trades to maneuver, we should still be able to double up at a couple of positions like DT/DE and OLB. If we don't trade at all, we will be able to add even more. Pure shotgun. I'm OK with that, as long as it works! I'd rather they trade up, to get the players they really want.

I really think we need a badass G/C prospect, hopefully one of the 4 rounders will suffice.

Zero2Cool (30-May) : Bears are the first team to be selected for Hard Knocks
dfosterf (29-May) : Andy Herman and his Pack a day podcast put up GB strengths yesterday. This morning he did weaknesses. They are both very good.

Zero2Cool (13-May) : Sources spoke of many, many times last summer where Hackett called a play, then Rodgers changed it completely at the line
Martha Careful (10-May) : 1. this is true of all our linemen. 2. His run block is fine. 3. If all OL played like he has, we would win SB.
beast (10-May) : Meyers pass blocking is really good, his run blocking is really not.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : Packers have claimed DE Spencer Waege off of waivers from the 49ers and waived DT Rodney Mathews.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : And the OL protections seem to be good.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : I really don't know lol. I don't see him getting blown up.
Zero2Cool (9-May) : -3 buwahhhahaaha
Mucky Tundra (9-May) : 4th
Zero2Cool (9-May) : because he's 1st
Mucky Tundra (9-May) : Myers isn't even the 3rd best C on the roster atm
Martha Careful (9-May) : I am not sure I understand the Myers hate. He was consistently our third best lineman. RG and LT were worse.
beast (9-May) : Just saying I don't think moving Myers would help Myers.
beast (9-May) : Center is usually considered the easiest position physically if you can handle the snap stuff.
