Glad we could help clear up the mystery for you! What's funny is that I didn't even notice the mention of Starlink satellites on that website until well after I'd already made the comment about them on this thread. For some reason, I happened to feel curious what the commenters had said about the report, so I went back and read them in detail, and sure enough, other people had expressed the same idea. I found that oddly gratifying. I'd say, "great minds think alike," but the problem is, so do small minds. 😉

Non, I REALLY appreciated that you took the time to research this!
I’ve seen some really strange things in the sky before.
One that was moving north like a satellite, that suddenly stopped and shined a bright beam down on me for about 3 seconds. Then it shot off like a meteor straight east. That happened back in 1996.
Then in the early 2000s, while riding with my brother in law, something big lit up 3 huge lights above us. It made no noise, and just disappeared after only a few seconds. I didn’t know if I was seeing things, and wasn’t going to say anything. After a half minute or so, he said to me “Did you SEE that?” So I know I wasn’t imagining it.

They are Starlink Satellites put there be Elon Musk. He's putting up about 20k in the next few years.
