Since I've been accused repeatedly (and not just today) of getting my information from one-sided sources, I would like to restate something:

My posting of an article does not imply endorsement of the opinions contained in the article.

I post articles because I think they're interesting or well written, not because I agree with them. I want to provoke discussion. That's why I rarely post my own commentary on the article in the original post, waiting for others to express their opinions first so I don't skew the discussion. This has always been my policy and always will be.

By the way, even a cursory examination of my sources reveals they're anything but one sided. They're extremely eclectic. They range from economics periodicals to scientific journals to liberal newspapers to libertarian magazines to neoconservative think tanks to religious publications. And everything in between.

I enjoy good, thought-provoking writing, regardless of who's writing it and why.

To translate, dont think an article posted by him is what his thoughts are..He gets them from all over the place and just likes the idea of debating them

Personally, I find it confusing reading an article you posted, without any of your input at the end.. and I'm kinda lost on where you stand. Typically, if there's no other discussion/opinions on the article when I get to the thread, I don't even bother clicking the link/reading the article itself.
