Someone who is much smarter than me please chime in. Even if the Pack lose tonight, they may control their own destiny...

Giants - head-to-head with same record = Packers (if they'd win)!
Bucs - common opponents not sure how it works with Lions since we're 1-1 against them, but SOS, SOV, the Pack are much better on!

Again, I think the tie-breaker with the Giants is pretty straight forward. If the Pack win the next 2 we've got them on tied record, and better head-to-head.

The bucs have me confused because it'd come down to best record in common opponents, and with a split vs. the Lions, not sure how it shakes out. We def. have bucs beat in SOS and SOV, the next 2 tie-breakers.

Giants game next week looks to be the 'big' one. Easier to get in losing to the bears than losing to the giants

Again, this is all under premise that Pack lose tonight, then both teams win out after that...

If it is necessary to break ties to determine the two Wild-Card clubs from each conference, the following steps will be taken.

If the tied clubs are from the same division, apply division tie breaker.
If the tied clubs are from different divisions, apply the following steps.
Two Clubs
Head-to-head, if applicable. (not applicable)
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. (both 8-4)
Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games, minimum of four (see below).
Strength of victory (pack currently better .1 better, but would remain that way as Seatlle/NO < Giants, Bears)
Strength of schedule (Pack much much better)

Bucs played Atl (L, L), Wash (W), San Fran (W), Det (L) = 2W 3L
Pack played Atl (L), Wash (L), San Fran (W), Det (W, L) = 2W 3L
