Does anyone have the stats on the Packers this season for 2nd and 1, 3rd and 1 and 4th and 1 and how successful we were?

I think the only way to figure this out would be to go through each play by play of the games.

While you are looking, find out how many times we were successful on 3rd & 2 when we chose to throw the deep ball. Doh!@

1st and 1 = 6 of 8 successful - 75%
2nd and 1 = 11 of 22 successful - 50%
3rd and 1 = 18 of 32 successful - 56.25%
4th and 1 = 3 of 9 successful - 33%

71 plays of X down and 1 to go converting for a first down or touchdown on 38 of them.

Overall, 53.52%.

always wondered that; I was wondering why I seem to cringe when the pack goes on 4th and short ... (and it looks like the stats back up those feelings).

Just 50%? That's terrible. Especially on 4th down.

Zero you did a great job. I was just wondering- didn't they throw a long pass that was incomplete in short yardage? Maybe it was with 2 yards and not 1.
