I think that if Ted Thompson sticks around after the Rodgers era is over that he will be known as the architect of a slew of 8-8 teams.

I periodically check out "How Built " from Packers.com and it is pretty interesting to see how the roster was formed.

It's interesting that Ted's first draft pick is the oldest tenured player on the roster.
