The little guy in my avatar, Seth, had to be put to sleep today.
He collapsed twice this morning, and the doc said his heart just got worse.
I feel like part of my heart has been ripped out of my chest.
We (Lauriejean and I) couldn't have children, and Seth was our little boy.
He gave unconditional love, and was always happy to see us.
My poor wife.....he was his Mommy's little boy.
He was 15, but we still were not ready to say goodbye.
I don't even want to go home.......everything there was set up for him.
Everywhere I look, I see his things. His toys, his chair, his water dish.
I just want to die.
I know some will say "He was JUST a DOG". But I also know there are some here that KNOW what we are going through.
Please pray for us.....for our hearts to heal.

I really feel for you and LJ Cheesey.
Three years ago we lost our 16 year old beagle, Ruby.
I know it just rips your heart out and leaves a void for a long time.

Thanks Zero and Yoop.
I have been crying all day. Just when I think I can't cry anymore, it hits again.
And Yoop, I forgot to tell LJ about Ruby passing. She was using Ruby as a thought that Seth could keep on living.

Some parts of life suck. Today was one of those parts.
