From what I saw I think T.J. Lang deserves a chance to play this sunday. I know it was only 17 snaps but we are playing another soft team in the browns. Lets see what the kid can do.

I agree. Let's see if he can pass block.

Exactly. No one is going to sign Breno. We can stash him on PS, (like we could have done with one of our FBs)

I'm curious which FB you think we could have snuck through to the practice squad. Our best bet would have been to trade one of them (and/or a linebacker (Hawk?)).

Nobody is dealing a LT at the trade deadline. You would think the NFL was baseball with what some are hoping for. It's like what I said about Joe Thomas, you want him, give up the most ridiculous amount you can give up to get him. Same goes for all kinds of players. For example, Tennessee could've traded Michael Roos, but why? Don't you think they'll want him for next year? They can turn it around for next season and he could play a key.

Same goes for all kinds of players. I heard Anthony Collins for Aaron Kampman. I wouldn't make that deal and would Cincy? Collins is better than Andre Smith at RT. My point is you're late to the party in criticizing Thompson for not making a move. The move should've been made a long time ago.

As far as a tackles on the street goes. Levi Jones would've been my choice of a pickup, but now Washington got him. That's disappointing, but not the problem . The problem is that in March, nothing happens.

I am actually seeing some positive play from the line (stop laughing!) I know the lions sacked rodgers 5 times but from what I saw it was more responsibility breakdowns and not guys just plain getting physically beat. Mental breakdowns are agregious I know, but you have new faces on the line every week. I expect mental breakdowns to happen (some of it is on Rodgers holding the ball to long and callout the wrong coverage at the line). The reality is the interior line play (with spitz) is solid. Its the end play that has been questionalbe. With that said Barbres play has improved steadily since week one and I liked what I saw from langs 17 snaps. Lets see how they handle the lowly browns.

Yeah, I think they're playing decently, its just when there is a blitz, such as just about every time we get into the red zone, it's like the guys don't know wtf they're supposed to block. That's on Campen.

beast (2-Aug) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (2-Aug) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin

beast (30-Jul) : RIP site 😭
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site will die, I have to restart it.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Quinn stinks. Lot of underthrows. (my guess)
beast (30-Jul) : How did Quinn Ewers effect where Golden was drafted?
dfosterf (30-Jul) : All I've experienced was late at night or early morning. I just figured you were doing something in the background
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Site sure seems to be down more than up
dfosterf (29-Jul) : 50 cent hookers? I'm moving to Green Bay. I thought it was just real estate that was more affordable there. 😂
