How would he know it was a "piece of tissue"? A piece of tissue isn't exactly a memorable item.

I'm skeptical a to what that really was... doesn't even necessarily mean it was his, but how many times in your life have you ever been out to eat and sat next to a "piece of tissue" that looked like a doobie and actually remember it?

Agree with Steve though, why would you pull out your joint and leave it on a seat in a restaurant? That makes little to no sense. He didn't score that low on the Wonderlic did he?

Here's what my "extensive" investigation has concluded... that piece of tissue was not Ha Ha's... he was sitting at the end of the booth and didn't slide into it like the guy giving the peace sign. Also, Dix is a good 5 feet away from it while Mr. Peace sign is in much closer proximity. Upon further study, all guys have straws in their drinks, and this tissue is likely the sheathing from one of the straws.

Much ado about nothing but it made for a great story on Twitter last night.
