Of course not.

You should've bought an Xbox 360.

For $100 dollars, X-Box can dust my balls.

I guess that that's a fair point.

I like the better and more crowded online services, together with some great Xbox-only games. That's what tipped it for me. And that it's cheaper, of course, and I don't have a lot to spent.

There's one huge drawback that almost has me wishing I bought a PS3 and that's that Xbox games aren't region free and PS ones are. I'd love to kick some ass with the Michigan Wolverines in NCAA 10. Or play a game of football with OJ Simpson and Bart Starr in APF 2K8.

Get the PS3 and I'll show you all about college ball.. =P

To be honest, I like the PS-only games WAAAAAAAY more than any of the XBox only games.. (Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, etc).. And if for some God forsaken reason I wanted to play any COD/Socom game.. PS3 has it. Any of the popular games that XBox has that I would be even REMOTELY interested in, the PS3 has as well.

It's a win/win/win scenario for me.

I am a 360 person myself. I find it odd that anyone who has a PS3 immediately jumps to the blu-ray discussion.
Well, I have a blu-ray player and I watch movies on it
I have a 360 and I play games on it

To each their own though. While PS3 fans enjoy Metal Gear and Final Fantasy, 360 fans enjoy Gears of War (not 2, p.o.s.) and the Halo series.

I posted in here because I like discussion on video games...sorry formo.

No problem Kamp.. Thing is.. a Blue Ray player is $200. Then add in the 360, and now the bill is up to $400. And that's not even including any accessories/games for the 360.

We spent $150 of our own cash and got the PS3, an HDMI cable, and NCAA Football 10 ($200 in Best Buy gift cards helped).

I can live without Gears of War. Halo? Another item that can dust my balls.

Wait...there are ball dusters out there? Ha ha, I hear what you are saying though. 3 strikes against you in 1 thread....
1. PS3 fan
2. Doesn't know what Halo is (or are you messing with me)
3. Vikings fan

My next system is the Wii because the wife digs the games for that system and it is fun.

PS3 reminds me of a old school, shiny VCR. I think each systems have its + and -, but come 2013 (I think) Microsoft is going to blow Sony out of the water.

I was looking at sales charts the other month for curiosity and PS3 is so much more dominate across seas that there is no way Microsoft will ever be able to "blow it out of the water". In America it has been, but even then, PS3 seems to be making up ground. I actually think it'll eventually surpass the 360 globally. I read some projections that it likely will. Two years ago people would've scoffed at that idea the 360's base hasn't expanded across seas.

For the record I have both. My 360 is getting repaired right now so I have to wait to play ME2 😞 but I honestly think they're equally the same in terms of games. Uncharted is amazing. I'm also a huge MGS and Final Fantasy fan. I'll be getting FF on PS3. If you dig movies, blu-ray is just unbelievable if you have an HDTV which I think most households do.

Formo my PSN is Porky88. I'm not on all that much though. I still haven't quite jumped into online gaming. I still love the single player experience, but been on a few times.

porky826 is my gamertag for those whom interested. Again, my XBOX is getting fixed, but when it's bag, I'll be sure to accept any requests.
